At Help in a Handbasket, we take great care in preparing and delivering your gifts. Each order is thoughtfully assembled and packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and ready to be enjoyed.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
During peak seasons (such as holidays or promotional periods), processing times may be slightly extended. We will always do our best to communicate any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Local (Calgary & surrounding areas): 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.
Local Pickup / Delivery (If Offered)
If local pickup or delivery is available in Calgary, details will be provided at checkout. Customers will receive confirmation when their order is ready for pickup or scheduled for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Help in a Handbasket is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Digital Products
If you purchase digital products (such as workbooks or downloads), they will be delivered electronically via email or download link immediately after purchase. No physical shipping is required.
